A crisp coffee with a clean and juicy acidity. It has a medium body and is a smooth and round drinking experience.

When we fall in love with a coffee on the first sip, we can't keep it from you. This Natural Caturra stood out immediately in our cuppings: clean, fruity and with a complexity that unfolds as it cools. The fresh, crisp acidity makes it hard to stop at just one cup. Warning: highly addictive.

Origin

Mi Finquita is located in Los Pozos, in the Chiriquí province of western Panama, at 1,600 to 2,000 metres above sea level. Chiriquí is one of Panama's most renowned coffee regions and home to some of the country's most respected producers.

Behind Mi Finquita stands a name that carries real weight in the specialty coffee world: Hartmann. Ratibor Jr. and his wife Tessie founded Mi Finquita as an independent project, building on the legacy of the legendary Finca Hartmann, which has been one of Panama's pioneers in specialty coffee for over 100 years. Under the name «Mi Finquita» — «my small farm» — they develop their own coffees as well as those of selected smallholder producers, together with their children Yessie and Tibor, applying scientific knowledge and innovative processing methods.

This coffee is a pure Natural. The cherries are dried with their skin and pulp intact, giving the coffee its pronounced fruit sweetness and depth. They rest for 15 days in a modern drying facility. This careful and controlled drying process contributes to the coffee's complex cup profile.
